The Nose Hair Trimmer

I am losing my hair. As I have gotten older I figured out the escape route the hairs on my head take. They exit my nose. While a nose hair trimmer would be nice and useful and keep me from looking like I snorted a cat, I can get by with other means at my disposal. Over 1 Billion People are not getting by though and 1.8 Million will die next year. We can change it for some. Will you help?
